My name is Robert W. Helms III, and I’m asking for your vote to represent you on the Executive Board.
 

I’ve spent 18 years in the trade—on the tools, in the trenches, and leading teams on some of the most complex projects in the country. Like many of you, I’ve faced setbacks, fought to earn my place, and never lost sight of what matters: the brotherhood and the future of our union.
 

I’m running to represent our generation on the board—at a pivotal moment in our history. This may be the last opportunity to serve alongside some of the leaders who’ve shaped Local 26. I want to help carry that torch forward, bridging the gap and ensuring the next wave of electricians has a strong voice at the table.

We will build what comes next. We will carry the legacy.
